Installation

As our mats are customized according to each vehicle make and model, installation is very simple and takes only 5 ~ 10 minutes. Just remove your old mats and place the new mats in their place. The clips on the sides should be slid under the upholstery of your vehicle to ensure that the sides stay in place to protect all carpeted areas. The bottoms are made of a velcro mix material that keeps it firmly and securely attached to the existing carpet of the vehicle.

Step by Step - Installation

• Open your new mats and lay them flat in a heated place or use a hairdryer so that the material regains its original shape. Wait about 24 hours.
  
  
• Remove your old mats from your vehicle.
  
  
• Clean your original carpet so that your new mats make full contact with the carpet to prevent slipping.
  
  
• Then fit your mats inside in place by matching the design and shape of the mats to the shape of the footwell and pressing them into shape. If your mats have them (some do not), you will see small plastic clips, these are to hold the mats in place. They slide in behind your vehicle upholstery but there may also be cases where the clips are not necessary or needed when fitting. The mats will not move or shift if such a case occurs.

• Once installed, they fit almost perfectly in every footwell, good base shapes and do not necessarily follow the lining of plastic trims sometimes. Although our mats are custom-made to fit the contour of your car's footwells perfectly, there may be instances where the fit may be rounded or not exactly aligned with your vehicle's carpet or plastic trim strips. This can create the illusion from someone's perspective that the fit is actually incorrect when in fact it is correct and aligned.
  
  
• Allow the car mats a few days to bed into the shape of your vehicle, it will help if you turn the heat on around the footwells to help them settle in place better. On some occasions, you may see a slight fold affecting where the mats have bent over, this should disappear over time but keep the footwell heated on it and it will reduce faster. Using a hairdryer is also an option before installing and letting them sit for 24 hours.
